Vivekananda Vedanta Society of British Columbia, Vancouver

This centre was started in 1967 and affiliated to the Ramakrishna Math in 2019. Swami Vimohananda is its minister-in-charge.

Activities:

• Daily prayers and meditation, and reading from sacred books.
• Online classes and regular talks.
• Publication of an e-newsletter.
• Interviews to students and spiritual seekers.
• Celebration of the birthdays of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda Christ, Sri Ramachandra and Sri Krishna as well as other religious festivals.
• The swami visited several cities of Canada and conducted retreats and other activities.
