Founded in 1903, this centre was established elsewhere in Bengaluru by Swami Ramakrishnananda, a monastic disciple of Sri Ramakrishna, and moved to its present premises in 1909.

Activities:

1. A student’s home.
2. A coaching centre in a rural area.
3. Balak Sangha and Yuvak Sangha, cultural units.
4. A public library with 13,632 books and 12 periodicals.
5. Thirteen medical camps.
6. Religious activities: Daily worship & bhajans, Ramnam Sankirtan on Ekadashi days, spiritual discourses and spiritual retreats.
7. Celebration of the birth anniversaries of the Holy Trio and other religious luminaries.
8. Welfare activities: Providing ration kits, food and pecuniary and educational aid.
