Sri Ramakrishna Vivekananda Society, the precursor of this centre, was started in 1978. It was made a branch of the Mission in 1988 and renamed ‘Ramakrishna Mission’.

Activities:

  1. An allopathic-cum-homeopathic dispensary with ophthalmology & orthopaedics departments.

  2. A mobile medical unit.

  3. An eye camp.

  4. Balak Sangha, a cultural unit.

  5. A public library.

  6. Welfare activities: Distribution of blankets.
