Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Kozhikode (Calicut)

The centre was started in 1930 and made a branch of the Mission in 1943.

Activities:

• A higher secondary school (LKG to class 12).
• A dispensary.
• Two eye camps and a medical camp.
• Welfare activities: Provided pecuniary, medical and educational aid.
• A legal aid centre for providing legal assistance to the underprivileged.
• Religious activities: Daily worship, Ramnam Sankirtan, bhajans, regular discourses, occasional spiritual retreats, and celebration of major religious festivals and the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other spiritual luminaries.
