Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Patna

The ashrama was started in 1922 and made a branch of the Mission in 1926.

Activities:

1. An allopathic-cum-homeopathic dispensary.

2. Eleven eye camps.

3. A public library with 39,039 books and 12 periodicals.

4. A students’ home for boys.

5. Bal Vikas Kendra, a coaching centre, with students from slum areas, who are also provided nutritious food.

6. Welfare activities: Providing clothes and blankets.
