Ramakrishna Math, Bolpur

Founded in 1954 as Sri Sri Ramakrishna Ashram in Bolpur, it was taken over by the Ramakrishna Math in 2020 and renamed ‘Ramakrishna Math’.

Activities:

1. A junior basic school (pre-primary to class 4).
2. Two units of Gadadhar Abhyudaya Prakalpa.
3. Two study circles, one for youths and another for women.
4. A public library with 6284 books.
5. A homeopathic dispensary.
6. Sixteen medical camps in four tribal villages.
7. Religious activities: Daily worship, spiritual discourses, devotees’ conventions, and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and major religious festivals.
