Vivekananda Vedanta Society of British Columbia, Surrey

This centre was started in 1967 and affiliated to the Ramakrishna Math in 2019. Swami Vimohananda is its Minister-in-charge. The centre moved to its new premises in Surry in December 2023.

Activities:

1. Daily prayers and meditation, and readings from sacred books.

2. Publication of an e-newsletter.

3. Spiritual retreats in several cities of Canada.

4. Online classes and regular talks in the ashrama and elsewhere.

5. Interviews to students and spiritual seekers.

6. Celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other religious festivals.
