Ramakrishna Mission, Krishnanagar

Ramakrishna Ashrama, Krishnanagar, was founded in 1957. It was taken over by the Ramakrishna Mission in 2021 and renamed ‘Ramakrishna Mission’.

Activities:

1. A dispensary with allopathy and homeopathy sections.

2. An eye camp, a BMD camp, and an ambulance service.

3. Welfare activities: Providing food, clothes, winter garments, and educational aid.

4. Religious activities: Regular worship, discourses, occasional spiritual retreats, and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other spiritual luminaries, as also other religious festivals.
