Ramakrishna Mission, Krishnanagar

Ramakrishna Ashrama, Krishnanagar, was founded in 1957. It was taken over by the Ramakrishna Mission in 2021 and renamed ‘Ramakrishna Mission’.

Activities:

• A dispensary with allopathy and homeopathy sections.
• Eye camps, a BMD camp and an ambulance.
• Welfare activities: Providing food, clothes, hygiene kits, winter garments and pecuniary aid.
• Religious activities: Regular worship, discourses, occasional spiritual retreats, and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other spiritual luminaries, as also major religious festivals.
