Ramakrishna Math, Bhuj

Shri Ramakrishna Yuvak Mandal, Bhuj, was founded in 1977. The Yuvak Mandal was taken over by the Ramakrishna Math in 2022 and renamed ‘Ramakrishna Math’.

Activities:

1. A vocational training unit offering courses in wellness, mud work/drawing, and tailoring.
2. Two coaching centres.
3. A public library with 12,659 books and 41 periodicals.
4. A homeopathic dispensary.
5. A mobile medical unit.
6. Two eye camps (including cataract surgeries and distribution of spectacles) and two ayurvedic camps.
7. Religious activities: Daily worship, Ramnam Sankirtan on Ekadashi days, weekly lectures and spiritual retreats.
8. Celebration of major religious festivals and the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other spiritual luminaries.
9. Welfare activities: Monthly distribution of ration kits.
