NOTICE
Employees of the Headquarters and/or branches of Ramakrishna Math & Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math who were members of RKM Provident Fund, Belur Math and who ceased to be in employment for a period of 120 months or more are hereby notified to register claim on ‘Unclaimed’ Balances in his/her Provident Fund account. The concerned employee(s) or his/her legitimate claimant(s) are requested to submit claim form with all necessary documents/evidence in support of the claim to the respective branch centre(s)/Headquarters, where the person(s) was/were employed, for onward submission to us within 60 days of publication of this notice. Failing which, the ‘Unclaimed Balance’ shall be transferred to an Employees Welfare Fund which shall be utilized for the welfare of the employees of Ramakrishna Math & Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math.
Display of this notice in the official Website of Ramakrishna Math & Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math shall be deemed to be due intimation served as per statutory provisions. For more details, concerned employee(s)/ legitimate claimant(s) may contact nearest branch of Ramakrishna Math / Ramakrishna Mission.
