Ramakrishna Ashrama and Ramakrishna Mission, Mymensingh

The Ashrama (Math affiliate) was started in 1922 and the Mission affiliate was started in 2013.

Activities of the Math centre:

• Daily worship and bhajans, and weekly discourses.
• Meetings and discourses in different places in and around Mymensingh.
• Celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and major religious festivals.

Activities of the Mission centre:

• A homeopathic dispensary.
• An orphanage.
• A students’ home.
• A library.
• A computer training centre.
• A tailoring training centre.
• Six units of Gadadhar Abhyudaya Prakalpa.
• Three hundred and eleven coaching centres, as part of Sri Ramakrishna Grameen Shiksha Prakalpa, at villages Kalmakanda, Durgapur, Mohongonj, Dharampasha, Barhatta, Bishorpasha, etc.
