Sri Ramakrishna Vivekananda Centre, Ahmedabad, was founded in 1988. In 2018, it was taken over by the Math and renamed ‘Ramakrishna Math’. The ashrama functioned as a sub-centre of the Math’s branch in Rajkot until 2022, when it was made a full-fledged branch centre.

Activities

(A) Main Campus at Lekhamba village, Sanand Taluka

  • Mobile medical dispensary.

  • Medical camp and eye camp.

  • Welfare work: Providing food, ration kits and clothes.

(B) City Centre at Vastrapur (30 km away from main campus)

  • Weekly values education classes for children.

  • Online study circle for youths.
