The centre was started in 1916.

Activities:

1. A coaching centre for school students. Computer training and spoken English classes are also arranged.
2. A public library with 1730 books.
3. A homeopathic dispensary.
4. A students’ home for college students.
5. Welfare work: Providing clothes, blankets, sewing machines, educational kits and educational assistance.
6. Religious activities: Daily worship, regular religious classes and spiritual retreats.
7. Celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other religious personalities, as also major religious festivals.
