Ramakrishna Math, Chengam

Sri Ramakrishna Trust, Chengam, was founded in 1999. The trust was taken over by the Ramakrishna Math in 2022 and renamed ‘Ramakrishna Math’.

Activities of the centre:

• A higher secondary school (KG to class 12) 
• A school library.
• A tuition centre.
• A vocational training centre offering courses in computer, tailoring and abacus.
• Welfare activities: Distribution of food, clothes and blankets.
• Religious activities: Daily worship, religious discourses and celebrations of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other religious festivals.
