Ramakrishna Math, Coimbatore

This centre, which had earlier functioned as the town centre of Coimbatore Mission branch, was made a full-fledged Math centre in 2005.

Activities:

• Coaching classes for students, who were provided with nutritious food daily and educational assistance.
• A mobile medical dispensary.
• Welfare activities: Distribution of clothes and winter garments.
• Religious activities: Daily worship, Ramnam Sankirtan on Ekadashi days, weekly religious classes and occasional spiritual retreats.
• Celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other spiritual luminaries, as also major religious festivals.
