Ramakrishna Math (Gadadhar Ashrama), Kolkata

The ashrama was started in 1920. It officially became a branch centre  of the Ramakrishna Math in 1997.

Activities:

• Two units of Gadadhar Abhyudaya Prakalpa.
• A computer training centre.
• A public library.
• A homeopathic dispensary.
• Welfare activities: Providing food, clothes, winter garments and pecuniary and educational aid.
• Religious activities: Daily worship, Ramnam Sankirtan on Ekadashi days, religious discourses, celebration of the birth anniversaries of the Holy Trio and spiritual luminaries, and major religious festivals.
