This centre was founded in 1928.

Activities:

1. Publication of Ramakrishna-Vivekananda literature in Hindi and Marathi. 12 new titles and 145 reprints were brought out this year; total number of titles: 562.

2. Publication of the Marathi monthly Jivan Vikas (68th year, 8500 subscribers).

3. A public library with 58,050 books and 65 periodicals.

4. A students’ home.

5. Thirty-four cultural competitions.

6. A dispensary.

7. A homeopathic dispensary at Indora, a backward locality.

8. A physiotherapy clinic.

9. A mobile medical unit.

10. Three eye camps.

11. Welfare activities: Providing educational kits, food, clothes, hygiene kits, and pecuniary aid.

12. Religious activities: Regular worship, spiritual discourses, spiritual retreats, and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other spiritual luminaries.
