
Situated on a beautiful spot in the famed hill station, this ashrama was started in 1926.
Activities:
- Welfare work by way of free distribution of notebooks, milk and snacks to poor children; scholarships to students; distribution of sewing machines and blankets and providing medical, educational and pecuniary help to the poor.
- Daily worship and bhajans, religious discourses in the Math and nearby villages and monthly spiritual retreats for local devotees.
- Celebration of the birth anniversaries of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda and other religious prophets, as also a few other religious festivals.
