Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Kailashahar

Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Kailashahar, was started in 1929. It became a branch of the Mission in 2015 under the name ‘Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama’.

Activities:

• A pre-primary school (nursery to class 2).
• A students’ home.
• A weekly dispensary.
• Two units of Gadadhar Abhyudaya Prakalpa and a coaching centre.
• Welfare activities: Providing clothes & winter garments.
• Religious activities: Daily prayers, religious discourses, occasional spiritual retreats, and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and major religious festivals.
