Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Kailashahar

Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Kailashahar, was started in 1929 and made a branch of the Mission in 2015. Since then, it is known as ‘Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama’.


  1. A students’ home for boys.
  2. A weekly dispensary, a medical camp, and a blood donation camp.
  3. Two units of Gadadhar Abhyudaya Prakalpa.
  4. Welfare work by way of distributing winter garments and blankets to the needy people.
  5. Religious activities: Daily prayers, occasional discourses, celebration of the birthdays of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda and celebration of Durga puja and Kali puja.
