The ashrama was started in 1944.
Activities:
- A students’ home.
- A computer training centre.
- Eleven coaching centres.
- A public library.
- Three units of Gadadhar Abhyudaya Prakalpa.
- A mobile medical unit.
- Welfare activities: Providing ration kits, clothes, blankets and pecuniary and educational aid.
- Religious activities: Daily worship, fortnightly Ramnam Sankirtan, spiritual discourses, and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and major religious festivals.
