The centre was started in 1936 and taken over by the Mission in 1940. It moved to its present location in 1983.
Activities:
- Three higher secondary schools (one from LKG to class 12; two from class 6 to 12).
- A primary school (LKG to class 5).
- A Student hostel.
- A public library.
- Four coaching centres in rural areas.
- A Siddha dispensary.
- A mobile medical unit.
- Alcohol deaddiction camps.
- Welfare work: Providing food, clothes, rice, milk, and pecuniary, educational & medical aid.
- Religious activities: Japa Yajna and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other religious leaders.
