Ramakrishna Mission, Limbdi

The centre was started in 1968 and made a branch of the Ramakrishna Mission in 1994.

Activities:

1. A dispensary with eye, dental, and physiotherapy departments.

2. A public library with 6358 books and 2 periodicals.

3. Welfare activities: Distribution of ration kits, winter garments, and educational kits.

4. Religious activities: Regular worship, religious classes, occasional spiritual retreats, and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other religious festivals.

Activities at Tower Bungalow: Located 2 km from the main ashrama; Swami Vivekananda stayed here for 5 days.

1. Daily prayers, Ramnam Sankirtan on Ekadashi days.

2. A permanent exhibition on the life of Swami Vivekananda.

3. Cultural activities for children.

4. Welfare activities.
