Ramakrishna Mission, Nabadwip

Sri Sri Ramakrishna Seva Samity was established in 1936. It  was made a branch centre of the Ramakrishna Mission in 2021 and renamed ‘Ramakrishna Mission’.

Activities:

  • A homeopathy dispensary.
  • Medical camps, a blood donation camp and a first aid training camp.
  • A coaching centre.
  • A unit of Gadadhar Abhyudaya Prakalpa.
  • A computer training centre.
  • Study circles (for young men and women).
  • Religious activities: Daily worship and Harinam Sankirtan, fortnightly Ramnam Sankirtan & monthly Shyamnam Sankirtan, religious classes, occasional spiritual retreats and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other religious festivals.
  • Welfare activities: Distribution of food, hygiene kits, educational kits, clothes, winter garments, providing medical & educational aid, and supply of drinking water.
