This ashrama was started in 1957 and made a branch of the Ramakrishna Mission in 2008.
Activities:
- A dispensary.
- Publication of a few books (2 in Kashmiri and 7 in English).
- Welfare activities: Provided pecuniary, educational and medical aid.
- Religious activities: Daily worship and prayer, fortnightly Ramnam Sankirtan, and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other religious festivals.
