Ramakrishna Vedanta Ashrama, Rio de Janeiro

This centre, which was earlier functioning as a sub-centre of Sao Paulo ashrama, was made a full-fledged affiliate of the Ramakrishna Math in 2022. Swami Atmajnananda is its Minister-in-charge.

Activities:

1. Regular classes on yoga.

2. A library.

3. Welfare activities: Distribution of food, clothes and other necessities.

4. Religious activities: Regular vesper service, devotional singing, Vedic chanting, scriptural classes, meditation classes, and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other religious festivals.
