The centre was founded in 1980. It came under the fold of the Ramakrishna Math in 2006 as a sub-centre of Ramakrishna Vedanta Ashrama, Sao Paulo, and later became a full-fledged affiliate of the Ramakrishna Math in 2020. Swami Nirmalatmananda is its Minister-in-charge.

Activities:                                              

  1. A library.
  2. Religious activities: Daily prayers and meditation, weekly Satsangs, weekly spiritual discourses, scriptural classes, interviews to earnest spiritual seekers, and celebration of the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other religious festivals.
