Ramakrishna Vedanta Centre, Lusaka, Zambia

The centre was founded in 1967. It functioned as an affiliate of the Ramakrishna Mission for about a year in 2002 and was re-affiliated with the Mission in 2016. Swami Divyabodhananda is the Secretary and Spiritual Director of the centre.

Activities:

1. Daily chanting and vesper service, and fortnightly Ramnam Sankirtan.

2. Celebration of major religious festivals and the birthdays of the Holy Trio and other spiritual luminaries.

3. Weekly religious discourses, and lectures on various occasions.

4. Spiritual retreats and inter-religious meetings.

5. Welfare work by providing food, clothes, blankets and scholarships.
