Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama and Ramakrishna Mission, Chandpur, Bangladesh

The Ramakrishna Ashrama, started in 1920, was affiliated to the Ramakrishna Math in 2017. An affiliate of the Ramakrishna Mission was also started there in the same year.

Activities of the Math Centre:

1. Daily worship, bhajans, weekly religious classes, occasional lectures in the ashrama and elsewhere, and online spiritual discourses.

2. Celebration of the birth anniversaries of the Holy Trio, Kalpataru Divas, and other religious festivals.

Activities of the Mission Centre:

1. A students’ home for college students.

2. A boys’ home for school students.

3. A weekly homeopathic dispensary.

4. Welfare activities: Providing clothes, blankets, educational kits, and pecuniary and educational aid.
